Troubleshooting login & wallet issues
Raydium Login / Raydium .com Login: Raydium doesn't use email/password — you "log in" by connecting a Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, etc.) in the top-right of the app. If "Raydium Login not working", try clearing wallet connection, switching networks, or re-installing the wallet extension.
Unable to login / Error Connecting Raydium Account: confirm your wallet is unlocked, your browser allows popups, and you're on the official domain raydium.io. Never paste your seed phrase on any website.
Account recovery & 2FA
Raydium ® is non-custodial — there is no centralized account password or platform-managed 2FA. "Account recovery" is limited to recovering your wallet via the wallet provider (restore seed phrase or hardware wallet). For 2FA-style security, use a hardware wallet or secure wallet extension and keep your seed phrase offline.
App errors: verification, declines & transactions
